Yes, always, across the full range. Every batch is tested for the relevant active compounds for that product (e.g. curcumin for turmeric, withanolides for ashwagandha, fulvic acid for shilajit, crocin for saffron), moisture, heavy metals, and pesticide residue. We provide the Certificate of Analysis with every shipment.

Yes. Organic-certified options are available for turmeric, moringa, and ashwagandha. We provide NPOP (Indian organic) documentation. NOP (US equivalent) certification is available on specific lines, please specify at the enquiry stage.

Yes. We source saffron exclusively from Kashmir, the only region in India with protected Geographical Indication status for saffron. GI documentation is provided with every saffron order.

We work with a fixed set of verified supplier partners for each product. Specifications are locked: we define curcumin content, withanolide content, moisture maximum, and admixture tolerance before procurement, and test to confirm compliance before dispatch.

Yes. We send curated sample kits, 100g per product, fully labelled, with spec sheets, Certificate of Analysis, price list (FOB Mumbai), and documentation package. Delivered by DHL or FedEx internationally.

Samples are complimentary, except for Saffron. You cover international courier costs to your destination.

10–15 business days. Tracking information is sent on the day of dispatch.

For first orders, minimum order quantity varies by product category, see the table below. Once a supply relationship is established, we prefer 5MT minimum per order. Enquiries for Saffron are handled on a case-by-case basis.
